Course Structure

The Dru Yoga Teacher Training course is a 12-month programme run from November 2022 until November 2023.

Weekly: Online Training
You can access these on our online Dru Learning Hub. These 2-hour training sessions start 13th November 2022.

Monthly: Interactive Training
2 live training days delivered via Zoom over a weekend. They include:

Review of practises
Application of practices learned that week.
Discussion
Self/peer and tutor assessment/evaluation sessions
Small group teaching sessions
Teaching practise
Lesson planning preparations
Peer-to-peer group sessions
Smaller group sessions
Feedback sessions
Tutorials (small group and individual)

Regular: Live Focus Groups.
60-minute personal interactive touchpoints with your tutors.
