By using ayurvedic adjustments in your yoga practice you can intentionally target imbalances like anxiety, stress or lethargy.

In this particular practice, you will experience how to ground the airiness of vata and cool the fire of pitta using a combination of postures, relaxation, and breath - with an emphasis on HOW you practice as that’s where the greatest benefit comes from when using a yoga practice to balance the doshas.
