This course is only for graduates of the Dru Ayurveda Health Coach diploma

Session 4 : Dr Janey Fitzgerald - Ayurvedic approaches to mental health

Each session will include

• A talk by one of the Dru Ayurveda teachers about an important aspect of Ayurveda, with the opportunity to ask questions
• A case presentation. A different health coach will bring a brief summary of an anonymised case each time. There will be small group discussion of significant aspects of diagnosis and treatment
• A spiritual attunement rooted in Ayurveda
• Rolling programme of topics to be decided according to the group's needs and interests

Replays will be available for you to review your learning, and for when you can't attend the two-hour live sessions.

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue two CPD hours for attendance at this session. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.
