In this workshop you will:
- experience a flowing Energy Block Release sequence to release emotional energy that gets lodged within the physical body
- learn a dynamic yoga sequence that combines visualisation and affirmations creating positive inner dialogue
- experience the healing power of mudras and learn a mudra sequence to clear the way forward in any part of your life that you feel stuck
- a deep relaxation to nurture and re-energise you
