A day in Vagus, London
It's Christmas!
Keep Calm & Do Dru Yoga
Sail gracefully through this festive season......
The vagus nerve (also known as the 'relaxation nerve') is the longest nerve in the body and the communication highway between our brain, gut, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys.
It has a strong influence on our ability to relax, our sense of wellbeing and longevity. It modulates our digestion, mood, inflammation and pain and helps us to 'respond' rather than 'react'.
How easy is it for you to switch between 'Go' (fight and flight) and 'Stop' (rest and digest)?
Set yourself up for success while deeply nurturing yourself at the same time!
In these fun and informative workshops, you will learn how to 'self-soothe' and improve your stress resilience using simple yet powerful Dru Yoga and Meditation techniques to take you through the festive season and beyond!
A choice of morning or afternoon workshop or treat yourself to the full day
Morning workshop 10 am – 1 pm
Afternoon workshop 2 pm – 5 pm
If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 3 CPD hours for attendance at this whole event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.
