Ruth and Julie are specialists in Post Graduate Training and Continuing Professional Development for Yoga Teachers from all traditions with a background in training Yoga Therapist and delivering courses such as Back Care & Mental Wellbeing and Post Graduate Mastery Course and Pre-Natal Yoga.
