This session will include:
- strong dynamic movements, including deep core work to strengthen from the centre;
- power breathing to align body and mind;
- deep relaxation to de-stress and rejuvenate.
Dru Power is a new and dynamic form of Dru Yoga.
A reasonable level of fitness is required.
This workshop is run by Christiane Saar, one of the Dru Yoga teacher trainers and co-founder of Dru Power.
She is passionate about providing tools and techniques to help others discover their innate power of health and vitality. She’s been teaching yoga for over ten years - in New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Portugal, India and all around the UK.
