This weekend will explore how yoga works with our body mind and heart using a classical yoga model called the pancha kosha model- the 5 layers of being. Through the study of specific asanas (postures) and Dru Yoga sequences you will experience these layers, from the physical body through to the still point within beyond thought, where contentment and peace are abundant.
