This course offers easy-to-apply techniques to achieve the above by helping you establish a regular meditation practice.
Making meditation your new daily habit has some great benefits. Research has shown that meditation can improve general health and wellbeing through increased serotonin levels, better brain chemistry and a greater ability to relax at will.
Allow yourself to BE so that stillness, acceptance and appreciation can unfold naturally. You’ll become more aware of the habitual settings of your mind. Over time, and with practice, you’ll be able to distance yourself from any negative influences to gain clarity and freedom.
