This workshop will include:

  • a Dru Yoga Energy Block Release sequence to release any stress and tension from your body
  • A heart opening sequence of yoga postures that strengthen and tone the body, bring balance and empowerment to the mind and emotions
  • a deep relaxation to nurture you on every level
  • meditation to bring peace of mind, clear perspective and a greater inner strength
