Workshop: Discover the 'Still Point' Within You.
In our busy lives we often forget how essential it is to take a few moments of stillness each day to tune into how we feel and what’s important to us.
In this workshop, through the practice of postures, sequences, breath work, relaxation, meditation and mudras we will re-discover the ‘still point’ within us and from that place gain a clear perspective on our life.
• We will work with a subtle flowing sequence - using movement, breath, visualisation and affirmation to take you to a place of inner stillness and clarity
• We will explore how stronger more dynamic yoga, gives us the energy, vitality and dynamism to live an empowered life
• You will experience how relaxation, meditation and mudras can help us on this journey to deepen our experience of stillness and access our inner power.
