focus on creating optimal conditions to release holding patterns in the mind, body and breath and look to connect with the universal reservoir of prana
explore mindful movement and soothing restorative postures to relieve the effects of chronic stress and unnecessary tension
breath work to promote equilibrium in the nervous system, which leads to a sense of space and peace
supported inversions to reverse the effect of gravity to enhance body and heart function
meditation to increase focus and clarity
