How to use this programme

You can either create your own class by choosing elements from within sections 1,2 3 and 4 or you can enjoy a full session that includes all the elements.

Section 1 - Warm-up

It is good to warm your body up before you begin any yoga sections to prepare your body and prevent overstretching.

Section 2 - Energy Block Release

This sequence features a combination of stretches, breath awareness (pranayama), mudras (hand gestures) and affirmations for promoting a healthy and positive sense of self.

Section 3 – Yoga sessions

Choose a total class experience including postures and relaxation, or if you're short on time, pick and mix a posture session with the warm up from section 1 and short relaxation from section 4.

Section 4 – Relaxation

Learning how to relax is an essential part of any practice. Relaxation can also be used on its own to help you relax at any time during the day.
