In this class we will practice the moon sequence- Chandra Namaskar to create equilibrium in our body and mind. This sequence deeply affects the way we think and our capacity to change and adapt to life. It induces slow, inward ojas generating movement which activates a healing cascade of hormones that can also help women during the times of hormonal changes.
This online, highly interactive zoom Dru Yoga session and Q&A with teacher trainer Gulcan Malik will give you a great overview of the Dru Yoga Teacher Training Course starting 13th November 2022. This course is also open to people who want to deepen their Dru Yoga practice without becoming a teacher.
