Testimonials

"For me, this training was such a rare opportunity and one of the most valuable investments I have made.  Whether one chooses to incorporate this learning into their practice or to treat themselves to the possibility of greater health, happiness, and longevity, it is impossible for life not to be enriched through this wisdom.

The training was exceptional, covering every aspect from the cellular level to the most practical application. We were conscientiously guided through every step,  with the perfect balance of theory and the experience of personally integrating the  Ayurvedic lifestyle. The tutors continuously inspired us through the pathways of this ancient life science with time in nature, yoga and meditation practices. There were therapies, tempting cooking demonstrations that resulted in authentic and delicious treats.  Once you have been immersed in the Ayurvedic lifestyle in this way, it is hard to go back, but super simple to gradually incorporate the principles into your life.

Having qualified as a Dru Ayurveda Health Coach 2 years ago, I have not only developed a much deeper appreciation of the ultimate way to look after my own health and wellbeing, I have inspired, empowered, and shared this gift with many yoga students and clients.  My practice is gradually expanding and my dentist enthusiastically invited me to be part of her team. This was partly due to being impressed with the accuracy and effectiveness of the  Ayurvedic application of tongue diagnosis that I had introduced to her.

I really can’t praise this training enough.  The course materials are beautifully designed and very thorough.  Each time I flick through my course books or refer to them, I am instantly inspired to take my journey another step deeper.  The manuals provide the ongoing revision, knowledge and reassurance needed and the tutors remain super supportive when needed.  The CPD is of an excellent standard too and the connection with the team never fails to not only motivate and spark my interest further but to touch my heart through the underlying devotion expressed so openly by all."
