Yoga Teacher Training in Snowdonia - Oct 2020

Registration is closed for this event
Become a yoga teacher at our residential retreat centre in beautiful North Wales. Immerse yourself in nature whilst training in a new career.

This Dru Yoga Teacher Training course is a 350h Diploma course run from Snowdonia, North Wales. This course consists of 8 x residential 5-day modules over two and a half years. Many people enjoy having a training module every few months in beautiful Snowdonia. This format also suits those who travel a long way. Snowdonia Mountain Lodge is easy to access by road, train (direct trains from London take just over 3 hours) or plane (nearest airports are Liverpool or Manchester).

Our 200 hour course is currently registered with Yoga Alliance (USA), and our 350 hours with Yoga Australia and the International Yoga Training Association (IYTA) in Australia. This allows you to teach Dru Yoga classes worldwide.

The programme will be a combination of interactive online sessions and face-to-face modules which will run when we are out of lockdown and can come together in larger groups.

Due Covid-19 and the unknown length of the lock-down there will be an increased number of hours of taught online. For example either one or both of modules 1 or 2 might be taught online depending on the current situation. We have therefore adapted each of modules 1 and 2 to be taught online over 2 dates as listed below.

After lock-down we will come together at the Dru Centre in Snowdonia for residential modules. We would hope that the lockdown will be lifted by the time we arrive at module 3 and that the course then proceed as our standard 5-day residential modules. Whatever happens we will do our best to ensure that all mandatory hours will be covered and that you will be qualified to receive our Dru Yoga teaching diploma on completion of the training and on meeting the assessment criteria.

The dates of the course are as follows:

Full or partial lock down: Online modules (weekends)

Module 1: 10-11 October & 7-8 November 2020

Module 2: 23-24 January & 26-27 February 2021
