Dru Yoga and nature: Retreat weekend in Aberdeenshire

Registration is closed for this event
Dru Yoga and nature: the healing power of the 5 elements

The 5 elements are a foundational part of our world. They also play a significant part in our mental, emotional and spiritual lives. On this retreat we shall explore each element, what impact they make and how we can connect with each of them to enhance our life.

Fire: Discover your creative and dynamic force represented by the fire element and the ancient connection we have with healing light.

Air: Flow with whatever life offers you, and meet it with an open mind and heart.

Space: Expand your sense of inner space and let go of past ‘stories’ or habits that hold you back.

Earth: Know how to ground wherever you are and find your stability, bringing greater sustenance and nurture into your life.

Water: Gain crystal clear clarity and explore the mystical power of water as a cleansing element.

We shall include a mudra practice for each of the elements. There will also be an optional Kirtan session on the Saturday evening.
