Santosh: inner contentment – A day to discover YOU!

Led by international Dru Yoga trainer, Padma McIntyre

Easter is a time of re-birth – A time to realise your True Nature.

We emerge from the stillness of winter, like the seed resting on Mother Earth, full of potential and ready to discover who we truly are and what we can achieve.

Nature is ever-changing, life is ever-changing, we are constantly changing. Yet within this sometimes chaotic state, rests a stillness, a calm and a knowing of who we really are.  Like the seed, this latent force, this potent energy is waiting for us to simply ‘pause’, come into ourselves and realise our full potential.

Today’s workshop will contain a blend of heart opening preparations, a dynamic movement sequence, breathing practices, meditation, inspirational sharing and will culminate in a special sequence to help us to reclaim our energy.  With a balance of activities, movement and stillness we include something to nourish you at every level - body, heart and mind.

Treat yourself to a day just for you, so that you can let go of anything that no longer serves you and move forward into spring with renewed energy and a new sense of purpose.

Enjoy moving the Dru way. Harmonise your emotions, improve your mood, relax and re-energise.
