You'll have a great time!
The format of our Dru retreats will vary with region, but here's an idea of some of the content you can expect:
- yoga, pranayama and meditation specific to the doshas
- an understanding of spicing and a cookery demonstration
- your own personal 'dinacharya' (daily ayurvedic plan)
- how to live in harmony with nature for optimal health
- the rejuvenating power of meditation and deep relaxation
- a great retreat in our magnificent mountain retreat setting
I've been to this retreat before - will I benefit by coming again?
Absolutely!!! We carefully craft our timetable to match the needs of the people, the time of the year and - of course - our own delight in exploring ayurveda's many frontiers. So, most of the time you'll be learning new techniques from one retreat to another, and even when we do repeat a technique you'll discover it in a whole new depth.
