In this workshop, we'll explore movement designed to help you feel more rooted in your 'being.'

Feel centred with greater awareness, able to keep your focus in the here and now, where greater harmony exists.  
 
Workshop Highlights:

  • Gentle movements to activate your body and mind. 
  • Calming Asanas: Discover yoga postures that promote circulation, improve flexibility, and help you to feel fully connected to your physical strength.
  • Energetic Block Releases Sequences: Carefully designed to re-establish energetic flow. Practice smooth and controlled movements that encourage us to remain present and connected with our physical body, whilst at the same time releasing energetic blocks
  • Breathwork: Learn a simple yet effective breathing technique to increase oxygen flow, revitalize your body, and increase emotional harmony and balance. A free 15-minute follow-up chat to find out your personalised way forward.

This workshop is suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Come and join us for an evening of increased harmony and inner balance.

  • The rejuvenating power of meditation and deep relaxation
  • Explore next steps for your yoga: retreats, yoga training courses and local events

You'll meet your local tutors, so you can have the chance to ask questions and experience what it might be like to train further with us. There will be many others, like yourself, coming to try and experience Dru Yoga so you'll also have the opportunity to meet like minded people in your local area.

Many of our workshops are taught by our top international tutors, many of whom also teach on Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training and Foundation courses.

Cancellations

If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of being reimbursed the event fee, or transferring it to a future event. If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru event.

Dru Yoga teacher training courses: This fully accredited, 200hr Dru Yoga Teacher Training course will give you a thorough insight into: the essential foundations of Dru Yoga, body preps, postures, sequences & alignment; anatomy and physiology; the subtle energy flow within yoga asanas; unique Energy Block Release sequences (EBRs); Dru approach to pranayama; a deeper exploration into the chakras and how they work within postures; therapeutic Dru Yoga; the invaluable art of relaxation; Dru Meditation; mantras, mudras and yogic philosophy. Upon graduation you will have access to a wide range of post-graduate courses such as Dru Dance, Dru Kids and Teens, Dru Pre-natal and Dru Back-care as well as interesting CPD events and the opportunity to train as a yoga therapist.
