Deeply nurture yourself as we head into the Winter Solstice with a wonderfully delicious restorative online Dru Yoga experience.

The Mid Winter longest night is coming up on 21 June and it has been cold!

Do you feel like snuggling up and keeping warm with a 75 minute restorative yoga class with Ruth?

This is a special opportunity to tune into the rhythms of the season and go deep within to nurture yourself at the core of your being.  If you have been wondering how to redesign your life amid the unprecedented changes of recent times, then going deep within to nurture yourself and connect with the core of your being is the first essential step.

What we do now sets up the foundation for how we unfold and express ourselves in springtime. Following on from this session you may enjoy our four week program of  "Yoga for an Empowered Transition" with Angela, Tracy, Dahna and Joanna.

This 75 minute online yoga class with Dru Senior Tutor Ruth Gent, will include a special Dynamic Relaxation Energy Block Release to deeply let go of any long term held stresses and strains, restorative asanas and a special restorative relaxation.

A great class if you are also experiencing musculoskeletal aches and pains such as lower back pain.

Restorative relaxation is a key to pain management and rejuvination.

What to set up:

To get the most out of the online class and for us to see and hear you easily we recommend:

1. you set up in a seperate room with a clear space where your computer camera can pick up you lying on your yoga mat. Remember to angle your camera and check the angle when you lie down to ensure your computer camera shows your whole body.

2. It helps if the background is not cluttered. A clear plain wall and carpet that contrast to the colour you are wearing helps us to be able to see you clearly on Zoom and connect with you.

3. Ensure your lighting is in front of you not behind so again we can see you clearly.

4. Have a yoga mat, 2 blankets, bolsters and a few cushions, a chair or a sofa close by to be able to put your legs up on
