Sri Vidya is our most advanced spiritual practice course. It is an exploration, a journey for the serious seeker of truth. The course is a mysterious unravelling of the knowledge of the Self. Steeped in ancient knowledge and understanding of the great rishis, the practices of this course are supported by the rituals of the yogic tradition.

This course is suitable for those who have graduated from the Dru Meditation course and includes advanced meditations, Vedic rituals, chanting and lectures about the nature of the self, focussing on the mystical Sri Yantra.

The course is run in the Dru Yoga Centre in Snowdonia twice a year, and we use the stunning scenery of mountains, rivers and waterfalls to help the journey of self - discovery.

The course modules will be approximately every 6 months, with module 1 scheduled from 1st - 5th August 2019. Module 2 is scheduled from 16th - 20th January 2020 and Module 3 is due to be held in June 2020 but actual dates are yet to be finalised.

This is an 'invitation only' course – please email jane@druworldwide.com to see if you would be suitable for the advanced practices we will be sharing on the transformational course.

Feedback from a student of the current Sri Vidya course:
‘If life is like a jigsaw puzzle, the teachings of the Sri Vidya is like being given the solution. Each module I am able to fit another piece of the puzzle that is Me!
It really has been the most fantastic, life changing course (and as a down to earth Northener I’m not one for gushing J !)
The meditation and practices have taken me to a stillness and depth that I never knew existed, helping to clear out some pretty grim samskaras (habit patterns). I have felt supported and upheld by the amazing tutors throughout the process, sensitively guiding me so that I have felt safe throughout the process. Each module we are treated to a bit more fascinating and thought provoking philosophy, each one providing another piece of the jigsaw… if I’m ready for it.
One of the highlights for me are the walks and talks, always uplifting and inspiring, particularly when senior tutors join us.
This course has given me the opportunity to deepen existing friendships, and make many new friends, all of whom I know will be lifelong friends. The level of support and honestly given friendship is something that I have seldom experienced anywhere else, and to be truthful it has taken some time for me to fully trust this. I do now though. This is a very special course.’
